Lent is a 40-Day period leading up to Easter that allows us to be spiritually renewed and refresh

Holy Week Services

March 29 – Palm Sunday
Join us for worship at 9 and 11 as we remember Christ’s triumphal entry. Kids are invited to process with palms during both worship services.

At 10am Kids will have a bike parade (bring bikes or ride ons) around the church with palms. Following the parade they will have an Easter Egg hunt.

Maundy ThursdayApril 2nd, 6:30pm, Family Life Center
A night to remember Jesus’ last supper with his disciples. The service is around tables so that we can serve one another remembering his new commandment (Latin: mandatum novum). 

“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35 

Good Friday- April 3, 6:30pm, Sanctuary
This service is based on John 18:1 –19:42 and led by the choir. The service includes readings, musical reflections, and extinguishing of candles as we remember Jesus’ crucifixion and love.

April 5th – Easter Celebrations and Worship

At each service we will hear about and celebrate Jesus’ resurrection!
Readings: Psalm 118:1-2, 14-24 and Matthew 28:1-10
Sermon: “With Fear and Great Joy” by Rev. Kallie Green

7:00AM – Sunrise Service Courtyard
This service will be held outdoors in the courtyard weather permitting, otherwise it will be held in the Family Life Center building. It will be a slightly shorter service led by guitar, with a sermon and communion. 

9:00AM – Traditional Easter Service in the Sanctuary
Hymns, Children’s Time, Sermon, and Communion 

10:00AM – Easter Brunch
Join us in the Fellowship Hall for brunch. See Below for more information

11:00AM – Contemporary Easter Service in the Family Life Center 
Praise songs, Children’s Time, Nursery and Children’s Church available, Sermon, and Communion. 

NURSERY AND CHILDREN
Nursery workers are available from 10am-Noon (during brunch and the late service). We also have Children’s Church during our 11AM service where kids 2nd grade and under are invited to participate in play based learning.
